What we collect

Email and name on signup. IP and user-agent for authentication and abuse prevention. When you sign in via Google or Telegram — the public profile from that provider.

Why

Authentication, contacting submitters of investment projects, monitoring traffic and content quality, preventing abuse.

Retention

Active accounts — until you delete them. Archived content and rejected submissions are removed after 90 days. Access logs — 30 days.

Your rights

Request export or deletion of your data via privacy@sorry-nda.com. We respond within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you may contact your country's data-protection authority.

We use cookies for authentication and basic analytics. The cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies; functional cookies are required for the site to work.
