Compliance Workshop: Licensing and Reporting

<p>A one-day online workshop for compliance specialists, lawyers and operations managers responsible for licence reporting. The format is hands-on: procedures and working templates rather than a market overview.</p><h2>The programme</h2><p>The first part compares the logic of different licensing regimes: what is expected of the corporate structure, of player data retention, of advertising material and of reporting to the regulator. The second part is operational, covering how to build an internal reporting calendar and how to divide responsibility between teams.</p><ul><li>KYC procedures and transaction monitoring;</li><li>routine reporting and the deadlines that apply;</li><li>internal policies and how they are kept current;</li><li>preparing for an inspection by the regulator.</li></ul><p>Participants work through standard checklists that can then be carried over into their own processes.</p>
